Portret de voluntar – Israt Zahan Bhuiyan (Italia)
Salut! Numele meu este Israt, am 19 ani și vin din Vicenza, nordul Italiei. Am studiat la un liceu de Arte Vizuale până în iunie anul trecut și de atunci explorez ceea ce 13 ani de școală nu mi-au dat niciodată. Și dintr-o dată am ajuns în România!
Proiectul meu se numește F5 și este despre redeschiderea centrului de tineret din Izvoarele și, de asemenea, pregătirea activităților pentru tinerii comunității. Proiectul are o durată de 7 luni.
Arta a fost întotdeauna pasiunea mea și sper să exteriorizez această pasiune și să fac lucruri creative cu și pentru tineri.
Până acum, înainte de a veni aici, am făcut întotdeauna parte dintr-o comunitate care m-a ajutat să învăț lucruri noi, să cresc și să gândesc într-un mod în care sistemul educațional nu ne-a învățat niciodată cum ar trebui să facem acest lucru. Acum vreau să fiu persoana care să dea mai departe într-o comunitate lucrurile învățate.
Am făcut o expoziție personală de artă, am făcut ceva voluntariat și am plecat în Irlanda ca babysitter. Interesele mele sunt benzile desenate, jocurile video, cărțile, mersul pe bicicletă, mersul la teatru și să fiu înconjurată de natură.
Nu știu ce vreau să fac în viitor, dar sper să mă bucur de prezentul meu aici în România.
Hello! My name is Israt, I’m 19 years old and I come from Vicenza, Northern Italy. I’ve studied in a Visual Arts high school until last June and since then I’ve been exploring what 13 years of school never gave me. Suddenly I ended up in Romania!
My project is called F5 and it is about refreshing the youth center in Izvoarele and also preparing activities for the young people of the community. The project has a duration of 8 months.
Art has always been my passion and I hope to externalize this passion and do creative things for and with youngsters.
Until now, before coming here, I’ve always been part of a community that helped me learn new things, grow up, and think in a way that the educational system never taught us how to. Now I want to be the person to give in a community.
I did a personal art exhibition, did some minor volunteering, and went to Ireland as an Au Pair. My interests are comics, video games, books, riding a bike, going to the theater and being surrounded by nature.
I don’t know what I want to do in the future, but I hope to enjoy my present here in Romania.
