Portret de voluntar – Roberto (Spania)

Bună! Numele meu este Roberto și sunt din Santiago de Compostela, Spania. Am 21 de ani și mă aflu în România într-un stagiu de voluntariat internațional pentru 10 luni. Proiectul meu constă în a face activități pentru tineri cu ajutorul centrului Mobil de Tineret, “Tinemobilul”. Vom merge prin sate pentru a face activități pentru tineri. Misiunea noastră nu este doar să ne jucăm, ci și să îi ajutăm să își îmbunătățească abilitățile, să le deschidem mintea, să le oferim ocazii de a cunoaște oameni din întreaga lume. Vrem să le oferim posibilitatea de a petrece un timp educațional de calitate.

Cât despre mine, am mai făcut înainte la Curbă două proiecte de voluntariat aici în România, în total 4 luni. Acum, m-am implicat într-un stagiu de voluntariat de lungă durată pentru că vreau să continui această experiență atât de frumoasă, să învăț mai multe despre oameni, despre cultura de aici, despre limbă, dar și să fac acțiuni pentru comunitate și în special pentru tineri.

Îmi plac drumețiile pe munte, să merg cu motocicleta în jurul lumii, să cânt la chitară, să citesc și, mai ales, să învăț lucruri de la alți oameni. Studiez pentru a fi profesor de școală primară și îmi place matematica și fizica. 

Sper să pot lăsa o mică urmă aici, în România, așa cum și ea o va lăsa asupra mea.

Hello! My name is Roberto. I’m from Santiago de Compostela, Spain. I’m 21 years old, and I’m in Romania as an international volunteer for 10 months. My project consists in making activities for youngsters with our van that is a mobile Youth Centre, “Tinemobilul”. We are going to go around villages to make activities for the youngsters. Our mission is not only to play games with them, it is also to help them improve their skills, open their minds, offer opportunities to meet people from all around the world. We want to offer them the possibility of a quality educational time.

About me, I made before with Curba other 2 volunteer projects here in Romania, a total of 4 months. Now, I undertook a long term volunteering service because I want to continue with this nice experience and learn more about people, the culture here, the language, and also to make actions for the community especially for the youngsters.

I like hikes in the mountains, to go with my motorbike around the world, to play the guitar, to read and above all, to learn things together with other people. I am studying to be a teacher of primary school, and I love the mathematics and the physics. 

I hope I can let a small mark here in Romania, just like Romania will let on me.
