\"mici\"Are you hungry and in Romania? Let’s taste mici<\/em>!!!<\/p>\n

You travel or maybe just go on a open air market in Romania, and of course arrive the moment where you are hungry… If you can see some smoke and grill you are maybe in the right place to eat mici<\/em>.\u00a0And what’s mici<\/em>? Let’s take a look in the deepest secret of Romanian’s cuisine.<\/p>\n

Actually mici<\/em> are like sausages, but of course they are not because they’re mici. It’s made of ground beef, meat mixed with spices, garlic and beef broth.\u00a0You can find them everywhere, like in market and maybe even in some restaurants. They are usually served with bread and mustard. You can also ask for some chips to eat with. You can find them in different sizes, usually they are like 8-10cm or you can find big ones like 15 cm (and those one you can eat just one, because after you are just completely …. FULL).\u00a0The great thing it’s that you can find them everywhere in Romania, in all the regions. And if you are lucky, you can meet some local people who can invite you to eat a barbecue in their house and for sure you will find some mici. It happened once for me, a neighbor of Curba de Cultura just invited me with one the local volunteer, and we had the luck to eat mici.<\/p>\n

I really like this meat, it’s really tasty, you can eat them at which hour you want, even the morning! I had lots of occasions to eat them, and every time I enjoyed them.<\/p>\n

So, if I have an advice to give you, I just tell you: Eat mici!<\/p>\n

\u021ai-e foame \u0219i e\u0219ti \u00een Rom\u00e2nia? Gust\u0103 ni\u0219te mici!<\/p>\n

Fie c\u0103 doar c\u0103l\u0103tore\u0219ti prin Rom\u00e2nia ori e\u0219ti printr-o pia\u021b\u0103 \u00een aer liber vine un moment \u00een care \u021bi se face foame… Uit\u0103-te dup\u0103 fum \u0219i gr\u0103tar, cel mai probabil acolo vei g\u0103si mici.<\/p>\n

Ce sunt micii? Haide\u021bi s\u0103 arunc\u0103m o privire c\u0103tre cele mai ascunse secrete ale buc\u0103t\u0103riei rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti. \u00centr-un fel micii sunt precum c\u00e2rna\u021bii, dar nu sunt, pentru c\u0103 ei sunt mici. Au \u00een compozi\u021bie carne de vit\u0103, condimente, usturoi \u0219i sup\u0103 de carne. \u00cei g\u0103se\u0219ti aproape oriunde, \u00een pie\u021be \u0219i \u00een restaurante de asemenea \u0219i sunt cel mai adesea servi\u021bi cu p\u00e2ine \u0219i mu\u0219tar. Po\u021bi cere \u0219i cartofi pr\u0103ji\u021bi l\u00e2ng\u0103 ei. Se g\u0103sesc la diferite dimensiuni, cel mai adesea la 8-10 cm cei mai mari find de 15 cm (iar cu aceia te saturi chiar \u0219i numai cu unul). Cel mai tare e faptul c\u0103 \u00eei g\u0103se\u0219ti peste tot \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, \u00een toate regiunile. \u0218i dac\u0103 ai noroc po\u021bi \u00eent\u00e2lni oameni care s\u0103 te invite la un gr\u0103tar la ei acas\u0103 \u0219i cu siguran\u021b\u0103 vor avea \u0219i mici. Mi s-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat odat\u0103 ca un vecin al Curbei de Cultur\u0103 s\u0103 m\u0103 invite pe mine \u0219i pe un alt voluntar local \u0219i am fost suficient de noroco\u0219i s\u0103 primim mici.<\/p>\n

Chiar \u00eemi place acest fel de m\u00e2ncare, e foarte gustos \u0219i poate fi m\u00e2ncat la orice or\u0103 vrei, chiar \u0219i diminea\u021ba! Am avut o mul\u00e2ime de ocazii de a m\u00e2nca mici \u0219i mi-a f\u0103cut pl\u0103cere de fiecare dat\u0103.<\/p>\n
