In the first month, after we arrived to Romania, we had the on arrival training. It lasted for a week, and it gathers all the volunteers that arrived in the last month in Romania for an EVS stage. The main goal of the training is to ease the process of living and working in a different country that your home country.<\/p>\n
This week of the training was really cool, I met new people, I discover a lot of new things about myself in relation with the host country and the others. There is a main topic each day and almost every situation that might occur during the stage is foreseen and covered. I discovered new things about EVS, how to manage when there is a conflict, with the organization or the others volunteers with who you live, and how to make the best of my time spent here. I learned a lot.<\/p>\n
It was a beautiful meeting with lots of fun and with discovery of a new city.<\/p>\n

A piece of advice: Don\u2019t stay in your room during this week, party, enjoy !!!<\/p>\n

\u00cen prima lun\u0103, dup\u0103 ce am ajuns \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, am avut parte de On Arrival Training. A durat o s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 \u0219i a adunat to\u021bi voluntarii SEV sosi\u021bi \u00een Rom\u00e2nia \u00een ultima perioad\u0103. Scopul principal al trainingului este de a u\u0219ura procesul de adaptare la o nou\u0103 \u021bar\u0103, care e mai mult sau mai pu\u021bin diferit\u0103 de cea de reziden\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n
Aceast\u0103 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103 de training a fost ‘mi\u0219to’ am \u00eent\u00e2lnit al\u021bi voluntari, am descoperit lucruri despre mine \u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu \u021bara gazd\u0103 \u0219i cu ceilal\u021bi. Fiecare zi a avut un subiect principal \u0219i aproape orice situa\u021bie ar ap\u0103rea a fost prev\u0103zut\u0103 \u0219i discutat\u0103. Am aflat ni\u0219te nout\u0103\u021bi despre EVS, cum s\u0103 m\u0103 descurc \u00een situa\u021bii conflictuale at\u00e2t cu organiza\u021bia c\u00e2t \u0219i cu ceilal\u021bi voluntari \u0219i cum s\u0103 profit la maxim de timpul petrecut aici. Am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat multe.<\/p>\n
A fost o \u00eent\u00e2lnire nemaipomenit\u0103 cu mult\u0103 distrac\u021bie \u0219i cu descoperirea unui nou ora\u0219.<\/p>\n
Sfat: Nu sta\u021bi \u00een camer\u0103 \u00een aceast\u0103 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103, petrece\u021bi, distra\u021bi-v\u0103!<\/p>\n
