Normally I don&#8217;t like baking or cooking, but for me there is nothing better than new baked bread. <br>The recipe is quite simple. You just need 8 ingrediens:<br>&#8211; 7 gram of dry yeast ( what normally commensurate to 1 pack of dry yeast)<br>&#8211; 5 dl and 40 cl hot water ( around 40 degrees)<br>&#8211; 3 spoonful sugar<br>&#8211; 1 teaspoon fine salt<br>&#8211; 2 spoonful oil ( sunflower or olive)<br>&#8211; Around 1 kilo of flour<br>&#8211; 1 egg<br>&#8211; Optional : 150 gram of fine oat<br>Procedure:<br>&#8211; Dissolve the dry yeast in the hot water in a bowl.<br>&#8211; Add the sugar, salt and oil<br>&#8211; Add flour until the dough is not sticky and not stuck to your hands.<br>&#8211; You can optional take the bread out on the table, to knead it better.<br>&#8211; Put it back in the bowl with a little oil in the bottom<br>&#8211; Let it rest in a warm and dry place, for at least 1 hour and 30 minutes<br>&#8211; Turn on the oven ( we have gas, so i have no idea how hot it is, but around 190 degrees)<br>&#8211; When its done resting divide it in 2 bread, and put them on a separate baking tray, and brush it with a beaten egg<br>&#8211; Put it in the oven, until it golden on the top.<br>And tada you should have 2 beautiful bread. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/evs.curbadecultura.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/10\/122259017_759912941253129_9052724478060497883_n-492x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2792\" width=\"334\" height=\"696\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen ultimele dou\u0103 s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni, am \u00eenceput s\u0103 preg\u0103tesc p\u00e2ine pentru colegii cu care stau \u0219i pentru mine \u0219i a devenit un adev\u0103rat succes. \u00cen mod normal, nu-mi place s\u0103 coc sau s\u0103 g\u0103tesc, dar pentru mine nu este nimic mai bun dec\u00e2t p\u00e2inea nou\u0103 coapt\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Re\u021beta este destul de simpl\u0103. Ai nevoie doar de 8 ingrediente:<br>&#8211; 7 grame de drojdie uscat\u0103 (ceea ce este \u00een mod normal propor\u021bional cu 1 pachet de drojdie uscat\u0103)- 5 dl \u0219i 40 cl de ap\u0103 fierbinte (aproximativ 40 de grade)<br>&#8211; 3 linguri de zah\u0103r<br>&#8211; 1 linguri\u021b\u0103 de sare fin\u0103<br>&#8211; 2 linguri de ulei (floarea soarelui sau m\u0103sline)<br>&#8211; Aproximativ 1 kg de f\u0103in\u0103<br>&#8211; 1 ou<br>&#8211; Op\u021bional: 150 de grame de ov\u0103z fin<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Procedur\u0103:<br>&#8211; Se dizolv\u0103 drojdia uscat\u0103 \u00een apa fierbinte \u00eentr-un vas.<br>&#8211; Ad\u0103uga\u021bi zah\u0103rul, sarea \u0219i uleiul<br>&#8211; Ad\u0103uga\u021bi f\u0103in\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 c\u00e2nd aluatul nu este lipicios \u0219i nu este lipit de m\u00e2ini.<br>&#8211; Pute\u021bi scoate op\u021bional p\u00e2inea pe mas\u0103, pentru a o fr\u0103m\u00e2nta mai bine.<br>&#8211; Pune\u021bi-o \u00eenapoi \u00een castron cu pu\u021bin ulei<br>&#8211; L\u0103sa\u021bi-o \u00eentr-un loc cald \u0219i uscat, timp de cel pu\u021bin 1 or\u0103 \u0219i 30 de minute<br>&#8211; Porni\u021bi cuptorul (avem gaze, a\u0219a c\u0103 habar nu am c\u00e2t de fierbinte este, dar pe la 190 grade)<br>&#8211; Dup\u0103 aceea, \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bi\u021bi-o \u00een 2 p\u00e2ini \u0219i pune\u021bi-le pe o tav\u0103 separat\u0103 de copt \u0219i peria\u021bi-le cu un ou b\u0103tut.<br>&#8211; Pune\u021bi-le \u00een cuptor, p\u00e2n\u0103 se \u00eenro\u0219esc deasupra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0218i tada ar trebui s\u0103 ai 2 p\u00e2ini frumoase.<br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"slide-text-bg2\"><span>Over the last couple weeks, I have started to make bread for my housemates and me, and it has become quiet a succes.
