\u00a0\"\"It was a warm evening and volunteers of the Homor\u00e2ciu house returned home, where they found a little surprise…<\/em><\/p>\n

Life in the Romanian’s village is full of unexpected events. Problems with electricity, water, weather is something you can get used to it. Especially, if the place is just pure beautiful, which luckily is my case. We are surrounded by stunning nature, kind people and lot of animals. For me, as an animal lover it is something I really enjoy. The most of all I love dogs and Romania is full of them. The wild ones are maybe not so pleasant, but there are also some cute. And one of them appeared in our house, during warm, summer evening.<\/p>\n

I found Dante (because that is our dog’s name) on the grass on our yard. He was so scared, small and sweet. I think someone from our neighbors left him in our place, hoping we will present our good hearts and take care of him. At first we were not sure what to do. We knew, if we will give him food it will means he is staying with us. After debate we decided that we can take this responsibility and keep him. He simply stole our hearts and won affection.<\/p>\n

Dante (we thought it is a cool name and rare in this area) is the apple of our eyes. We all take care of him, because we know , if we wouldn’t, he probably would be not a part of this material world now. In the village areas people usually don’t put much attention to pets and when new life is created , they just throw little kittens or puppies away. Dante was lucky he got us.<\/p>\n

Even though, we love to spoil him, we try also to have some strict rules we follow, to raise him as a good dog. He can’t go inside the house, he has his sleeping space and food on the porch. Dante is an adorable dog, but he can be also very annoying. He loves to steal socks from the laundry and he bites, bites, bites everything and everyone. But it is hard for me to get angry on him for a long time. I just love this little devil.<\/p>\n

We decided that we wouldn’t like to leave him here. We think it may not be a good idea to put the responsibility of taking care of him to new volunteers. Having a dog is not only a pleasure of fun, but also a lot of obligations. Spending time with him is not only about playing and petting him but as owners we have to support his life and think about his safety and safety of other people, therefore we took him to the vet to give him proper medical treatment.<\/p>\n

After discussing the case, Tim<\/a> decided that he can take him with him when his project will be over, and Dante can find new home in his parents house.<\/p>\n

I think it can be little devastating for me and heart breaking, to leave Dante. I got attached to him very fast and I am sure others got too. I expect some tears will appear when the time to say goodbye will come. But, knowing, he will be in good hands and have a great care is a relief. I am sure he will spend a lot of nice moments with EVS volunteers and also with his future family.<\/p>\n

Via\u021ba la sat \u00een Rom\u00e2nia e plin\u0103 de evenimente nea\u0219teptate. Probleme cu electricitatea, apa sau vremea, te po\u021bi obi\u0219nui cu toate. \u00cen mod special dac\u0103 locul e pur \u0219i simplu frumos, care din fericire e \u0219i cazul meu. Suntem \u00eenconjura\u021bi de natura minunat\u0103, oameni bl\u00e2nzi \u0219i multe animale. Pentru mine, ca iubitor de animale, asta e ceva ce \u00eemi face pl\u0103cere. \u00cemi plac c\u00e2inii cel mai mult \u0219i Rom\u00e2nia e plin\u0103 de ei. Cei de pe str\u0103zi nu sunt chiar pl\u0103cu\u021bi, dar unii pot fi dr\u0103gu\u021bi. Iar unul dintre ei a ap\u0103rut \u00een curtea noastr\u0103 \u00eentr-o sear\u0103 c\u0103lduroas\u0103 de var\u0103.<\/p>\n

L-am g\u0103sit pe Dante (c\u0103ci \u0103sta e numele c\u00e2inelui nostru) \u00een iarba din curte. Era speriat, mic \u0219i dr\u0103gu\u021b. Cred c\u0103 unul din vecinii no\u0219tri l-a abandonat la noi \u00een gr\u0103din\u0103, sper\u00e2nd poate c\u0103 avem inim\u0103 bun\u0103 \u0219i vom avea grij\u0103 de el. Nu eram siguri ce s\u0103 facem cu el. \u0218tiam c\u0103 dac\u0103 \u00eel hr\u0103nim, va r\u0103m\u00e2ne cu noi. Dup\u0103 ce am dezb\u0103tut pu\u021bin am decis s\u0103 ne asum\u0103m responsabilitatea cre\u0219terii lui \u0219i s\u0103 \u00eel p\u0103str\u0103m. Pur \u0219i simplu ne-a furat inimile \u0219i afec\u021biunea.<\/p>\n

Dante (am considerat c\u0103 ar fi un nume mi\u0219to \u0219i rar \u00een zon\u0103) este pupilul nostru. Cu to\u021bii avem grij\u0103 de el, c\u0103ci dac\u0103 noi nu am avea grij\u0103, probabil c\u0103 el nu ar mai fi parte din aceast\u0103 lume. \u00cen zonele rurale oamenii nu acord\u0103 at\u00e2ta aten\u021bie animalelor de companie \u0219i c\u00e2nd vine vorba de noi vie\u021bi, ci pur \u0219i simplu abandoneaz\u0103 pisorii or c\u0103\u021beii. Dante a avut noroc cu noi.<\/p>\n

\u0218i chiar dac\u0103 ne place s\u0103 \u00eel r\u0103sf\u0103\u021b\u0103m, \u00eencerc\u0103m s\u0103 impunem ni\u0219te reguli pentru a-l cre\u0219te ca un bun c\u00e2ine. A\u0219adar nu are voie \u00een cas\u0103, are locul lui de dormit \u0219i vasul cu m\u00e2ncare pe verand\u0103. Dante este un c\u0103\u021bel adorabil, dar poate fi \u0219i enervant. \u00cei place s\u0103 fure \u0219osete de la uscat \u0219i mu\u0219c\u0103, mu\u0219c\u0103, mu\u0219c\u0103 tot ce prinde. Dar \u00eemi este greu s\u0103 stau sup\u0103rat\u0103 pe el mult timp. Pur \u0219i simplu iubesc acest mic dr\u0103cu\u0219or.<\/p>\n

Am decis c\u0103 nu \u00eel vom l\u0103sa aici. Cred c\u0103 nu e o idee bun\u0103 s\u0103 pas\u0103m responsabilitatea cre\u0219terii lui to noilor voluntari. A avea un c\u00e2ine nu e doar pl\u0103cere \u0219i distrac\u021bie, ci \u00eenseamn\u0103 \u0219i obliga\u021bii. Petrecerea timpului cu el nu e numai despre joc \u0219i m\u00e2ng\u00e2ieri, ci ca st\u0103p\u00e2ni e vorba \u0219i despre a avea grij\u0103 de via\u021ba \u0219i siguran\u021ba lui \u0219i despre siguran\u021ba altor oameni, \u0219i a\u0219a se face c\u0103 l-am dus chiar \u0219i la veterinar pentru tratament medical adecvat.<\/p>\n

Dup\u0103 ce am discutat situa\u021bia lui, Tim<\/a>\u00a0a decis c\u0103 \u00eel va lua cu el c\u00e2nd \u00ee\u021bi va \u00eencheia proiectul, iar Dante \u00ee\u021bi va g\u0103si o nou\u0103 cas\u0103 la p\u0103rin\u021bii lui. Cred c\u0103 acest lucru va fi devastator pentru mine, s\u0103 \u00eel p\u0103r\u0103sesc pe Dante. M-am ata\u0219at de el foarte repede \u0219i cred c\u0103 \u0219i al\u021bii au f\u0103cut la fel. M\u0103 a\u0219tept s\u0103 mi se umezeasc\u0103 ochii c\u00e2nd va veni vremea s\u0103 zic la revedere. Dar \u0219tiindu-l pe m\u00e2ini bune \u0219i c\u0103 va fi \u00eengrijit, e o u\u0219urare. Sunt sigur\u0103 c\u0103 va petrece momente minunate cu al\u021bi voluntari SEV \u0219i cu noua lui familie.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
