<\/p>\nComing from a capital such as Madrid and not having a driving license, it was normal that I was quite concerned about the public transport. But things are different now in Izvoarele. It is a small place, so the public transport is reduced with a strict schedule (and sometimes a bit random). The first thing I asked Sorin was \u201cWhere are the public transport schedules and the bus and train stops?\u201d, so he showed me the paper schedule that is in the office.<\/p>\n

The first day that I had to use the public transport was to go from Schiulesti to Curba the Cultura, and it was so confusing for me. Isabella and I were together, so at least we had some fun with our confusion. Estelle drove us until Homoraciu bus stop, and we just had to take one bus to arrive at Curba de Cultura.<\/p>\n

Estelle ne-a dus cu ma\u0219ina p\u00e2n\u0103 la Homor\u00e2ciu \u00een sta\u021bie \u0219i de acolo aveam de luat un singur autobuz pentru a ajunge la Curba de Cultur\u0103.<\/p>\n
We got into the van that said \u201cValenii de Munte \u2013 Maneciu\u201d (also the ones which go to Bucuresti, Ploiesti or Cheia). We saw through the window the Amo Pensiunea, then Curba de Cultura, and when we were approaching the church, our stop, we had a small problem: \u201cHow do we get out of the bus?\u201d None of the passengers wanted to get out in Izvoarele stop, so they did not move. \u201cOk. So… we just passed our stop… now what? There is not a stop button or something?\u201d, and yes, Isabella and I get out of the bus in Maneciu. We were so lost that we even had to call Kristina. Somehow, we managed to get the bus from Maneciu and to get out in Izvoarele. We discover that if you want to get out, you have to stand up inside the van (but sometimes it does not work and the driver passes the stops, somehow we ended up once in Malu Vanat).<\/p>\n
Am urcat \u00een microbuz ce avea scris “Valenii de Munte – Maneciu” (acela\u0219i care vine de la Bucure\u0219ti, Ploie\u0219ti spre Cheia). Am v\u0103zut pe geam pensiunea Amo, apoi Curba de Cultur\u0103 \u0219i c\u00e2nd ne apropiam de biseric\u0103 unde e sta\u021bia, am avut o problem\u0103: “Cum cobor\u00e2m?” Nici unul dintre pasageri nu cobora acolo, deci nu s-au mi\u0219cat. “Ok… a\u0219a am ratat cobor\u00e2rea… \u0219i acum ce facem? Nu exist\u0103 vreun buton de stop ori ceva?” a\u0219a se face c\u0103 eu \u0219i Isabella am cobor\u00e2t \u00een M\u0103neciu. ne pierduser\u0103m a\u0219adar am sunat-o pe Kristina. cumva am reu\u0219it s\u0103 lu\u0103m alt microbuz din M\u0103neciu \u0219i s\u0103 cobor\u00e2m la Izvoarele. Am descoperit c\u0103 pentru a cobor\u00ee trebuie s\u0103 te ridici \u00een picioare (dar nici a\u0219a nu func\u021bioneaz\u0103 \u00eentotdeauna \u0219i odat\u0103 am cobor\u00e2t \u00een Malu V\u00e2n\u0103t.<\/p>\n

But we also met some funny drivers and had funny moments. One of them made a joke on me! I got into the van; showed him my monthly ticket, and then he took it and… made a movement of throwing it through the window!! There is another driver, \u201cour driver\u201d that we almost meet him every time we go by bus. He lives also in Schiulesti, and one day, we were waiting for the bus to return from Curba (and no bus came from the schedule)… I saw him driving the van and raised my hand to stop him; we got inside the van and showed him my ticket, but he rejected it… He was just returning home from his work and took us for free to almost our home! He is really nice!<\/p>\n
\u00cens\u0103 am \u00eent\u00e2lnit \u0219i \u0219oferi amuzan\u021bi \u0219i am avut momente amuzante. Unul dintre ei mi-a jucat o fars\u0103! Am urcat \u00een microbuz, i-am ar\u0103tat abonamentul, l-a luat \u0219i s-a pref\u0103cut s\u0103 \u00eel arunc\u0103 pe geam!!! Apoi un alt \u0219ofer, “\u0219oferul nostru” pe care \u00eel \u00eent\u00e2lnim aproape de fiecare dat\u0103. El loicuie\u0219te de asemenea \u00een Schiule\u0219ti \u0219i \u00eentr-o bun\u0103 zi \u00een timp ce a\u0219teptam autobuzul s\u0103 ne \u00eentoarcem de la Curb\u0103 (nici nu autobuz nu venea conform orarului)… l-am v\u0103zut conduc\u00e2nd, i-am f\u0103cut cu m\u00e2na \u0219i a oprit. I-am ar\u0103tat abonamentul dar l-a respins… El doar se \u00eentoarcea acas\u0103 de la munc\u0103 \u0219i ne-a dus \u0219i pe noi gratuit p\u00e2n\u0103 aproape acas\u0103! Este foarte dr\u0103gu\u021b.<\/p>\n
