\"_mg_4157\"After my trip<\/a>, when I arrived in Craiova, Ludo was waiting for me at the station and from there we took a road to the flat of our volunteer friends. Fantastic hospitality, good vegan food, new people, and that spirit of friendship that we shared during the On Arrival Training which made me happy! In the following days I spent my time on the streets of Craiova and with friends. Craiova is fantastic, because I had the feeling that it maintain its gentle and refined style compared with past and present.<\/p>\n

Dup\u0103 c\u0103l\u0103toria mea<\/a>, c\u00e2nd am ajuns \u00een Craiova, Ludo m\u0103 a\u0219tepta la gar\u0103, iar de acolo am pornit-o spre apartamentul prietenilor voluntarilor. Ospitatlitatea a fost fantastic\u0103, m\u00e2ncarea vegan\u0103 a fost bun\u0103, oameni noi \u0219i am reg\u0103sit spiritul prieteniei pe care \u00eel \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219isem pe durata On Arrival Training, ceea ce m-a f\u0103cut fericit. Zilele urm\u0103toare le-am petrecut plimb\u00e2ndu-m\u0103 pe str\u0103zile Craiovei cu prietenii. Craiova e un ora\u0219 fantastic \u0219i am avut sentimentul c\u0103 a men\u021binut o elegan\u021b\u0103 \u0219i un rafinament c\u00e2nd vine vorba de a compara stilul prezentului cu cel al trecutului.<\/p>\n

Along the streets of the city center, passing between graffiti and the statues you can feel like coming back to the past where children were playing on the street, gentlemen and ladies were sitting in a cafe speaking in a kind way, an old man who was giving bread to the pigeons, a boy who was selling newspapers… And here you are. NOW and HERE, in the present time with live musicians in a street filled by tables and waiters, where a couple celebrating their marriage.<\/p>\n

In the end, as my tradition, I\u2019ve prepared a dinner – risotto – for my friends and we had a nice meal all together, all those countries: Azerbaijan, France, Spain and Italy! And of course as it is usual in every flat of EVS volunteers I left my message on the wall, leaving my mark so my hosts will always remember our gorgeous times.<\/p>\n

Pe str\u0103zile din centru, trec\u00e2nd printre graffiti \u0219i statui sim\u021bi c\u0103 te \u00eentorci \u00een trecut unde copii se jucau pe str\u0103zi, domnii \u0219i doamnele st\u0103teau de vorb\u0103 la o cafea, un b\u0103tr\u00e2n hr\u0103nea porumbeii \u0219i un b\u0103iat vindea ziare… \u0218i uite-ne aici. ACUM \u0219i AICI \u00een prezent cu muzican\u021bi c\u00e2nt\u00e2nd live pe strada plin\u0103 de mese \u0219i osp\u0103tari \u0219i cu un cuplu s\u0103rb\u0103torindu-\u0219i nunta.<\/p>\n

La final, \u00een spiritul tradi\u021biei mele personale am preg\u0103tit cina – risotto – pentru prietenii mei \u0219i am m\u00e2ncat \u00eempreun\u0103, adun\u00e2nd la mas\u0103 \u021b\u0103ri precum: Azerbaijan, Fran\u021ba, Spania \u0219i Italia. Desigur ca \u00een orice apartament al voluntarilor mi-am l\u0103sat mesajul pe perete, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t gazdele mele s\u0103-\u0219i aminteasc\u0103 de timpul petrecut \u00eempreun\u0103.<\/p>\n

A trip does not mean only to go in a place and then just come back home, but above all, it has the spiritual component that gives you the feeling of a very rich experience, the excitement from meeting old friends, new people and the certainty that even you grew a bit. Again!<\/p>\n
