It helps with self-development as well as community development.<\/p>\n<p>But all the opportunities I could take gave me no more than nice memories and just a hint of real experience. In my region are many people, younger or older, who would deserve better (better opportunities, activities etc.) and I would like to offer it. This is the reason why I am highly interested in abroad volunteering. I would like to enhance my communicative and language skills, learn other country\u00b4s language and system of work with youngsters (and volunteers). Moreover\u00a0I would like to offer you my enthusiasm, openness and diligence.<\/p>\n<p>Am lucrat pentru c\u00e2\u021biva ani cu studen\u021bi Erasmus, iar activit\u0103\u021bile pe care le-am f\u0103cut, m-au f\u0103cut s\u0103 realizez c\u00e2t de important este s\u0103 &#8220;studiezi&#8221; limba, obiceiurile, metalitatea altor \u021b\u0103ri. De-a lungul studiilor mele am observat c\u00e2t de important este s\u0103 ghidezi tinerii, \u00een special pe cei provenind din medii defavorizate, s\u0103 studieze nu doar alte limbi dar \u0219i ale culturi \u0219i obiceiuri. Acest lucru contribuie la dezvoltarea personal\u0103 dar \u0219i la cea a comunit\u0103\u021bii.<\/p>\n<p>Dar toate aceste activit\u0103\u021bi nu mi-au oferit dec\u00e2t amintiri frumoase \u0219i doar gustul unei experien\u021be reale. \u00cen regiunea mea exist\u0103 mul\u021bi oameni, tineri \u0219i b\u0103tr\u00e2ni, care ar merita mai mult (\u0219anse mai bune, activit\u0103\u021bi mai bune etc) \u0219i mi-ar pl\u0103cea s\u0103 le ofer asta. Acesta este motivul pentru care sunt at\u00e2t de interesat\u0103 de voluntariatul interna\u021bional.
