La \u00eenceputul lunii\nseptembrie, 4 voluntari locali \u0219i un membru al echipei noastre au fost \u00een\nPiles, Valencia, Spania pentru a participa \u00een Project \u201cU\u201d \u00eempreun\u0103 cu al\u021bi 15\ntineri din Italia, Lituania \u0219i Spania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Proiectul a fost un schimb de tineri organizat de \u201cAssociaci\u00f3 Cultur\u0103 Creativa\u201d finan\u021bat prin programul Erasmus+. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

C\u00e2teva dintre principalele\nobiective au fost cre\u0219terea angajabilitatii participan\u021bilor \u0219i intrarea facil\u0103\npe pia\u021ba muncii, \u00eent\u0103rirea moralului \u0219i a \u00eencrederii \u00een sine, dar \u0219i ajutorul\npentru a-\u0219i descoperi fiecare talentele, precum \u0219i folosirea acestora \u00een\nviitoarea carier\u0103. \u00cen acela\u0219i timp, ace\u0219tia au primit informa\u021bii despre\nvalorile europene \u0219i despre diferitele oportunit\u0103\u021bi pe care Erasmus+ le ofer\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diana<\/strong>: Acest schimb de tineri a \u00eensemnat pentru mine oportunitatea de a m\u0103 cunoa\u0219te pe mine \u00eens\u0103mi \u0219i de a \u00eemi dezvolta capacitatea de a comunica cu alte personae. Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 faptul c\u0103 am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat spaniol\u0103, am avut ocazia s\u0103 \u00eent\u00e2lnesc o gr\u0103mad\u0103 de oameni extraordinari \u0219i s\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021b foarte multe de la ace\u0219tia. Tot acest proiect a avut un puternic impact asupra vie\u021bii mele \u0219i asupra perspectivelor pe care le am despre lume. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Toate activit\u0103\u021bile la care tinerii\nau participat au folosit metode de educa\u021bie non-formal\u0103, role-play, ateliere,\ndiscu\u021bii de grup, brainstorming, jocuri \u0219i activit\u0103\u021bi de exterior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prima zi s-a concentrat pe cunoa\u0219terea participan\u021bilor prin activit\u0103\u021bi de grup, dar \u0219i descoperirea proiectului \u0219i a scopului acestuia. Pentru a realiza acestea, tinerii au f\u0103cut diferin\u021be activit\u0103\u021bi precum jocuri de energizare \u0219i au completat o serie de provoc\u0103ri care i-au ajutat s\u0103 creeze leg\u0103turi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

\u00cen urm\u0103toarele dou\u0103 zile scopul proiectului a fost g\u0103sirea Ikigai-ului personal. Cuv\u00e2ntul propriu-zis \u201cIkigai\u201d \u0219i conceptul din spatele acestuia provin din japonez\u0103 \u0219i \u00eenseamn\u0103 \u201cvaloarea vie\u021bii\u201d sau \u201cce te face s\u0103 \u00ee\u021bi dore\u0219ti viitorul chiar dac\u0103 nu te bucuri a\u0219a de mult de present\u201d. Participan\u021bii au realizat diferite activit\u0103\u021bi care, \u00eencetul cu \u00eencetul, i-au f\u0103cut s\u0103 ajung\u0103 la un rezultat final. Un exemplu de astfel de activitate era s\u0103 descopere ce tip de inteligen\u021b\u0103 predomin\u0103 \u00een g\u00e2ndirea lor. Urm\u0103toarele sesiuni de activit\u0103\u021bi care au fost zilele urm\u0103toare \u00ee\u0219i doreau tot descoperirea Ikigai-ului personal \u00een timp ce tinerii luau parte la ateliere de educa\u021bie non-formal\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Georgian<\/strong>: Acest schimb de tineri a fost pentru mine un carusel emo\u021bional, dar nu \u00eentr-un mod nepl\u0103cut. Am sim\u021bit emo\u021bii pe care nu le am sim\u021bit p\u00e2n\u0103 acum la aceast\u0103 intensitate, emo\u021bii pe care nu le-am putut g\u0103si acas\u0103 sau la \u0219coal\u0103. A fost foarte util, dar \u00een acela\u0219i timp o lovitur\u0103 \u00een spate factul c\u0103 a trebuit s\u0103 \u00eencep s\u0103 m\u0103 g\u00e2ndesc la ce vreau de la mine, ce vreau \u00een viitor \u0219i ce fel de persoan\u0103 sunt \u0219i ce a\u0219 vrea s\u0103 schimb la mine \u0219i la modul meu de a tr\u0103i \u00een viitor. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Dup\u0103 descoperirea scopului\nprincipal al proiectului, participan\u021bii au asistat la o sesiune informativ\u0103\ndespre diferitile oportunit\u0103\u021bi ale programelor Erasmus+, cum ar fi: Youth Pass,\nmulte programe de voluntariat \u0219i o varietate larg\u0103 de cursuri de preg\u0103tire \u0219i\nschimburi de tineri, precum \u0219i multe altele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mihai<\/strong>: Interac\u021biunea cu ni\u0219te oameni care s-au dovedit a fi foarte interesan\u021bi a fost o experien\u021b\u0103 memorabil\u0103 pe care am avut-o \u00een aceast\u0103 var\u0103. \u00cen primul r\u00e2nd m\u0103 refer chiar la echipa \u00een sine \u0219i la faptul c\u0103 am reu\u0219it s\u0103 tr\u0103im to\u021bi \u00eempreun\u0103 \u00een acela\u0219i loc. Un alt aspect din care am avut de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat a fost diferen\u021ba cultural\u0103 dintre noi care nu ne-a \u00eempiedicat s\u0103 reu\u0219im s\u0103 asigur\u0103m pentru toat\u0103 lumea un loc sigur de convie\u021buire. Ultima dar nu cea din urm\u0103 a fost munca \u00een echip\u0103 care a fost impresionant\u0103 pe tot parcusul c\u0103l\u0103toriei. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

\u00cen a cincea zi a\nproiectului echipa multicultural\u0103 au fost \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bit\u0103 \u00een echipe \u0219i au mers \u00een Gandia\npentru a participa la o v\u00e2n\u0103toare de comori. Fiecare echip\u0103 \u00een parte avea un\nset de sarcini pe care trebuiau s\u0103 le completeze pentru a afla mai multe despre\ncultura \u0219i istoria ora\u0219ului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au desf\u0103\u0219urat de asemenea\nactivit\u0103\u021bi de grup unde a fost ales un lider \u0219i s-a lucrat \u00een echip\u0103 pentru a\nrezolva diferite taskuri cum ar fi construirea unui turn din spaghete sau\nprotejarea unui ou cu diferite articole de papet\u0103rie, acesta fiind aruncat de\nla o distan\u021b\u0103 de 2 mentri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sesiunile de activit\u0103\u021bi din urm\u0103toarele zile s-au concentrat pe pia\u021ba muncii. Tinerii au \u00eenceput s\u0103 descopere \u00een care parte a zonei lor de confort sunt. \u00cen aceia\u0219i zi ace\u0219tia au avut posibilitatea s\u0103 participe la ateliere create chiar de ei despre diferite lucruri cum ar fi s\u0103n\u0103tatea mintal\u0103, c\u00e2ntatul la chitara, yoga etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C\u0103lin<\/strong>: C\u00e2nd trebuie s\u0103 m\u0103 g\u00e2ndesc la ce am f\u0103cut vara trecut\u0103, \u201cProject U\u201d \u00eemi vine imediat \u00een minte. Acesta a fost o experien\u021b\u0103 cuprinz\u0103toare \u0219i ata\u0219at\u0103 de foarte multe culturi. Am legat foarte multe prietenii cu participan\u021bii \u0219i am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat multe lucruri noi despre Spania, Italia \u0219i Lituania. Unul dintre cele mai interesate aspecte legate de proiect a fost reprezentat chiar de c\u0103l\u0103torie \u00een sine. Iubesc s\u0103 vizitez locuri istorice \u0219i turistice \u00een acela\u0219i timp. \u00cen plus, subiectul principal pe care s-a focalizat proiectul este de asemena importat pentru mine. A fost o oportunitate s\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021b despre pia\u021ba muncii \u0219i cum s\u0103 candidezi pentru locurile de munc\u0103. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Ultimele zile s-au\nfocalizat pe diferite strategii pentru intrarea pe pia\u021b\u0103 muncii, au lucrat to\u021bi\n\u00eempreun\u0103 pentru a creea CV-uri interesante, au \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat ce este recomandat s\u0103\npostezi pe social media \u0219i ce nu ar fi indicat s\u0103 apar\u0103 \u00een feed-ul nostru \u0219i au\norganizat de asemena activit\u0103\u021bi role-play care s\u0103 simuleze un interviu.\n\u00centr-una din sesiuni participan\u021bii au discutat despre rata de \u0219omaj din fiecare\n\u021bar\u0103 care face parte din proiect \u0219i cum pot combate asta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Totu\u0219i, aceste 10 zile nu\nau fost doar despre munc\u0103 asidu\u0103, participan\u021bii au avut suficient timp liber s\u0103\nafle \u0219i s\u0103 \u00eenve\u021be despre celelalte culturi reprezentate de \u021b\u0103rile participante,\nacestea fiind f\u0103cute \u00een serile interculturale. Fiecare echipa \u0219i-a \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bit\ncuno\u0219tin\u021bele \u0219i curiozit\u0103\u021bile despre ea cu chestionare interactive \u0219i\nprezent\u0103ri dinamice. Ace\u0219tia nu au uitat \u0219i de gastronomia specific\u0103, \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bind\nc\u00e2teva tipuri de m\u00e2ncare \u0219i dansuri tradi\u021bionale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ultima zi a fost dedicat\u0103\nevalu\u0103rii proiectului \u0219i pentru a vorbi despre posibilele variante de a\nraspandii rezultatele positive ale acestuia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carla<\/strong>: A fost prima dat\u0103 pentru mine c\u00e2nd am participat la un schimb de tineri, \u00een plus \u0219i ca lider de grup, deci totul a fost complet nou pentru mine. Aceste zile au fost destul de viguroase, de\u0219i s\u0103 tr\u0103im \u00eempreun\u0103 cu un grup de str\u0103ini a fost surprinz\u0103tor de u\u0219or \u0219i am \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat mult din asta. Toate activit\u0103\u021bile pe care le-am f\u0103cut mi-au \u00eentrecut a\u0219tept\u0103rile \u0219i zilele au trecut foarte repede. Per total, experien\u021ba pe care am tr\u0103it-o a avut un impact puternic pozitiv asupra vie\u021bii mele personale \u0219i profesionale. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Atmosfera\nper total a fost foarte prietenoas\u0103 \u0219i familial\u0103 din primul moment c\u00e2nd ne-am\n\u00eent\u00e2lnit. Toat\u0103\nlumea a fost interesat\u0103 \u00een a cunoa\u0219te via\u021ba a\u0219a cum este ea \u00een fiecare dintre\n\u021b\u0103rile participante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Last September 4 of our local volunteers and\none member of our staff went to Piles, Valencia, Spain to take part in Project\n\u201cU\u201d, together with another 15 youngsters from Italy, Lithuania and Spain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The project was a Youth Exchange organized by\nAssociaci\u00f3 Cultura Creativa in the frame of Erasmus+ programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The main objectives were future employability\nof the youngsters and how to facilitate to them the entrance on the labour\nmarket, empowering them and increasing their confidence and trust their\ncapacities, and also to help them discover their talents and how to use them in\ntheir career. In the same time they were receiving information about the\nEuropean values and the different types of opportunities Erasmus+ offers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diana<\/strong>: The youth exchange meant a new opportunity for me to discover myself and to develop my communication abilities. Besides improving my Spanish skills, the participants I had the opportunity to meet were amazing and I’ve learned a lot from them. The whole project had a strong impact on my life and on my life perspectives. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

All the activities the youngsters made were using\nNon-Formal Learning methods like role-playing, workshops, group discussions,\nbrainstorming, games, outdoor activities\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first day was focused on knowing the rest\nof the participants and making group activities, also to discover more the\nproject and its main topics. In order to do that, the participants made\ndifferent kind of energizers and completed a series of activities that helped\nthem bonding among each other <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Georgian<\/strong>: This youth exchange has been an emotional rollercoaster for me, not in a bad way, feeling emotions that I never felt before or that I haven’t felt at that intensity, emotions that I couldn’t feel at home or at school. It was very helpful and it was the kick in the butt that I needed to start thinking about what I want to do in the future and what kind of person I really am and what I want to change about myself and my way of living. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The two next days were focused to discovering their Ikigai. The word and the concept of Ikigai comes from the Japanese culture and its meaning is something like \u201clife value\u201d or \u201cwhat makes you wish the future comes even if you are not having a good time in the present\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The participants made different activities which, step by step brought them to a final result. One of those activities was focused on discovering which type of intelligence predominates in them. In order to do that, they had to make different small tasks, all of them related with one kind of intelligence. At the end of the session everybody put in common the results and received an explanation of each type. The rest of the sessions for those days followed the objective of discovering their Ikigai meanwhile they were taking part in nonformal learning activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Once they discovered one of the main objectives\nof the project, the participants made an informative session about the\ndifferent options the Erasmus+ Programme offers such as: Youth Pass, the\ndifferent type of volunteering projects and the big variety of Training Courses\nand Youth Exchanges, and many other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mihai<\/strong>: Interacting with such interesting people was a very powerful experience that I had this summer. First and foremost it was the actual team and the ability to manage to live in one place all together. The second developing part was to understand interculturality between us and make for everybody a safe place to cohabitate. The last but not least was our teamwork in our multicultural Romanian team that was impressive in our journey. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

During the 5th day the participants were\ndivided in small groups and they went to Gandia to make a Scavenger\u2019s game. Each\ngroup had a list of tasks to complete which helped them to know more about the\nculture and the history of the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

The sessions for the next days were focused on\nthe labour market. The youngsters started discovering in which phase of the\ncomfort zone they were. The same day the participants made different workshops,\nimplemented by themselves, about different kind of things like mindfulness,\nplay the guitar, yoga\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The last days were still focused on giving them\ndifferent strategies to get into the labour market; they worked on how to\ncreate a catchy CV, they learned what they can and can\u2019t post on their social\nmedia and also made a role-playing simulating a job interview.
\nOne of the sessions was focused on how is the unemployment situation in each\ncountry taking part of the project and were the youngsters who made it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C\u0103lin<\/strong>: If I have to think about my last summer, the project “U”\u00a0 will totally come into my mind. It was such a comprehensive intercultural experience, I developed good relationships with the participants and I learned a lot of things about Spain, Italy and Lithuania. One of the most exciting aspect of the project was represented by the travel itself. I adore to visit historical and touristic places. In addition, the main topic of the project was very important to me. It’s was a great opportunity\u00a0 to learn more about the labor market and job applications . <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

They also made group activities where they had\nto choose a leader and work together to reach a common objective like make a\nhigh and stable tower with spaghetti or to wrap a raw egg in order to not break\nafter throwing it from 2m height.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The last day was dedicated to make the\nevaluation of the project and to talk about the possible ways to disseminate\nthe results of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But those ten days weren\u2019t only focused on working; the participants had time enough to know and learn about the culture of the other countries that were represented there during the thematic nights. They shared curiosities about the different cultures with some quizzes and dynamic presentations, and hey also had time to know and taste part of the different gastronomies and traditional dances!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Carla<\/strong>: It was my first time taking part in a Youth Exchange and also being the group leader, so everything was totally new for me. Those days were pretty intense where the cohabitation with a group of strangers was surprisingly easy and enriching. The activities went beyond my expectations and the days went really fast. Overall, the experience had a really positive impact in my personal and professional life! <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The atmosphere that was created was very friendly since the first moment; everybody was interested into knowing how life is and the language in the other countries. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
